These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to Chopsy: Drum Coach AI Practice (the “Application”), developed by Siarhei Hvazdou (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

1. Use of the Application

The Application provides drum practice and AI-powered coaching features for personal, non-commercial use.

You agree not to:

• Use the Application for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Application
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Application

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the Application require a paid subscription.

• Subscriptions are managed through your app store account
• Payment will be charged to your account upon confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your account settings

Subscription handling is provided via Adapty and the respective app store.

3. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged according to the subscription terms.

4. AI Features Disclaimer

The Application includes AI-powered features.

• AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only
• We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or reliability
• You use AI-generated output at your own risk

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Application are owned by us and are protected by applicable laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Application at any time if you violate these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Application means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
